50% before the start, 50% once we've gone through the result. Company invoice is fine. Over 30 pages or a store — price in writing before I start.
Why before signing Signed the acceptance without remarks — you can't rely on obvious defects later (Russia, Art. 720 Civil Code; Romania, art. 1862 Civil Code). For your country — check with a lawyer.

Questions about acceptance
When you don't need me
- Signed already and the warranty is over — then you need diagnostics.
- You're going to court with the studio — see a lawyer first. I'll prepare the technical part on their request.
- Handed over long ago and the developer holds all access — you need independence from your developer.
But the studio tested everything itself
The studio checks its own work. I check the site as your customer, and only you pay me.
Won't this spoil things with the studio?
I talk about points, not people. The report can go to the studio in a neutral form — that's normal for any acceptance.
Meeting with the studio soon — can you make it?
Normal time is 5 working days, urgent — 48 hours, +50%. Put the meeting date in your request — I'll honestly say if I can make it.
Will you join the meeting with the studio?
Yes, one online meeting is included. I speak the developers' language, then explain it to you in yours.
Do you need admin access?
For some checks — yes: e.g. to see whether you can change prices yourself. Only with written consent, via a separate account.
The studio says: sign or we won't finish
You can sign with remarks: the work is accepted and what to fix is written in the form. How to do it in your country — check with a lawyer.
The act is already signed — too late?
No. While the warranty runs, I check what you can ask to have fixed for free. That's the warranty-period check — from €250.
